Its a likely story
and I find it so fucking terribly interesting
you lost intrest in me
When did I become a job?, When did I become the butt of everyones joke?, Where is my last pack of smokes??

I've been wasted away
Your lives been filled with apology

Nobody ever knows how life should go
Thats why we're here you know
Its a lost and found world out there
Its just nice to know you care
But you don't

Wasted again in the afternoon
Thats when it all hurts the most
I found a way to give up
From being such a fuck up

Take my life, just take my heart, just take this job its to hard
Im giving up
How could this be the point??

I've been wasted away
Your lives been filled with apology

Nobody ever knows how life should go
Thats why we're here you know
Its a lost and found world out there
Its just nice to know you care
But you don't

Im saving my last chance, save it for you
Im saving my last chance, save it for you

Nobody ever knows how life should go thats why we're here you know
Ita a lost and found world out there
Its just nice to know you care
but you dont

Nobody ever knows how life should go thats why we're here you know
Ita a lost and found world out there
Its just nice to know you care
but you dont

I think this is about when dating someone becomes a "chore" yet you still stay in the relationship. The other person is really hurt by it but yet you still stay just because its convenient. NOT a good idea... yet I think many people have done it including myself. It's about one person putting a lot more into the relationship than the other person.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
