Let his holy choirs sing in sodomy, praise be!
Surrender your body & soul unto him, demoralize me!

So he crept into my room
Whispered my name, Took my innocents away
I´m only five, a perverts concubine

God has a plan for us all
I´ve been touched by the hand of god
My sordid tale, his lie's are blasphemy

You do not believe in him but he believes, in you
He wants you to repent, all your sins, let him in, inside you!

God has a plan for us all
You are one of gods children
Get on your knee's, Serve him well my child

I´ve fallen prey to the devil disguise

God has a plan for us all
Don´t say a word or you'll go to hell
God has a plan for you all
Open up for him! Let jesus in!
His sordid tale, his lies are blasphemy

General CommentSong basicly means that the church always says how great god is and how you should let him and jesus into your life. But really it's just a bunch of lies.

General Commenti don't necessarily think that that's true. to me the song isn't saying that the church is full nothing but lies (or maybe its cuz i personally don't believe that). i think this song is trying to say that most modern churches try to preach the word of god, but they can't even control their own carnal desires, therefore making them hipocrites. watch the video and you'll see why i think this

General CommentIf you watch the video you will see, as black angel said, that what dyingshadows is not correct. The song appears to be about a woman who was molested by her priest when she was a little girl. The song lyrics are a description of that event and her memories of it.
This line seems to speak that fairly clearly to me:

"So he crept into my room
Whispered my name, Took my innocents away
I´m only five, a perverts concubine"

Whenever she sings: "God has a plan for us all..." imagine she is remembering something that priest said to her and the meaning will make sense to you especially if you are watching the video.

General CommentOkay, yeah that does make sense...I just wasn't thinking hard enough. I have seen the video before I posted this and I knew the story line I really didn't put much thought into it

General Commentyes! ED is correct i think.
"get on your knees, serve him well my child"
"open up for him, let jesus in."
you could probably conclude that "god" or "jesus" was his excuse of molesting or raping her.

General CommentTo quote Sarah, the lead singer, and writer..
""God has a plan for us all" is the a common line religious people give us for when things go wrong in our life. Its the only explanation they can give as to why people contract fatal illnesses or die in car accidents or suffer through poverty and so on! This is displayed in the front cover artwork and is also covered in many of the subjects ive choosen to write about. The artwork displays a young womans self destruction through years of sexual, mental abuse ,neglect, depression and eventually leads to her suicide. Its all very complex and not very positive i admit but it covers a lot of subjects we can all relate too. There are some positive subjects also like lust, sex and fantasy. The rest are based around what I discribed a few lines up also self harming, mental illness, love, hate, anger, dissapointment! Haha! Its not as bad as I make it all sound! It´s about life! Read the lyrics and it will make more sense! I didn´t want to sing about graveyards and vampires and rainbows, I picked subjects that effect us in everyday life.
The song covers two subjects but they are both linked. Written about a man who preaches gods word yet finds it acceptable to sexually abuse children. Also this song describes the pitiful chilché used by many religous people who can´t offer any other explanation as to why people suffer in their life. Rape, murder, poverty, whatever it may be, the only excuse that can be offered is: "God Has A Plan For Us All"! "

General Commentthe song is about being sexually abused by someone who prechess gods words. "took my innocence away im only 5 a pervets contrubine"... and the chorus of god has a plan for us all means that god planned for this to happen making it more ethical and just.

the line "get down on ur knees and sevre him well my child" does not mean bow and pray.. it means get on ur kness and give him pleasue.

if you watch the film clip of it, you would see all this happening [in the end the person who was abused sexual commits suicide cos of the pain and torment she has had placed upon her]

General CommentAccording to a press release, the song "God Has A Plan For Us All" is "based around child abuse by a religious person, which in turn leads the girl to madness because of years of mental torture through the offender getting away with what he has done to her. Putting images to lyrics like these is quite difficult without getting banned by every TV station, but we will sure try to portray the lyrics in images as much as possible. Chris's young daughter Saga will play the child and Toni will obviously play the girl as older. This is to show the deterioration from start to finish of the girl's life."

People can lie for you but Jesus don´t lie to you.
    Read in bible john 3.16

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
‘Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
