General CommentThe lyrics are so simple and repetitive, and while I would usually find that irritating, I find it pleasantly refreshing.

General Comment"Om Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Soha"
This is the mantra, "the unsurpassed mantra", central to The Heart Sutra.

    Translation:
"Om, gone gone gone beyond, gone completely beyond, awakening, so be it."

As I understand it, this describes the Buddha upon achieving enlightenment.

General CommentI think the last bit of the translation of the Heart Sutra is actually "...gone completely beyond, praise to enlightenment."

It changes the meaning if you're saying "so be it."
