How can you know what i'm feeling when it's locked inside?
To wear it on my body tells what words cannot describe
A thin red line tells you where the blade has been
So many secrets hiding beneath my skin

And It's cold, cold, cold
Out of control

Locked in the bathroom stall
Leaning against the wall
I know they're all waiting for me so I'll be as quick as I can be
I see the red but I feel no pain
It feels like I'm floating away and it seems
I've become my own prey

It's cold, cold, cold
Out of control

General CommentThis song is about someone who bottles up their feelings. And the way that they let out their feelings is by cutting. Then they feel so out of control that they eventually kill themself.

General CommentWow. This Corinna Fugate song to me, when I listen to it brings up alot of feelings, to me it it about self inury, or self mutilation. Because of the lyric "Ive become my own prey".
I identify with this song heavily and beielve it is about "cutting" being a "cutter" and feeling misunderstood and wanting help.

General CommentThe meaning of the song has already been said. However, there is a verse missing that says:

"No pain, no gain, no sane
Not today, ice cube in hand
    To numb this pain"

Which refers to a common alternative instead of cutting, which is holding ice until it melts to provide with a painful sensation.
