Don't say I have missed you long enough
Isn't it enough that you're the one I love
Your cold water dripping has turned to floods
A dam of my mistakes is giving way again

And in due time as the rope rips and unwinds
You'll get nothing in return
Just get in line, drive the nails
And place the crown

And I won't say simple people love too much
I have had enough, you're the one I love

And I wake the day and it has found me all alone
The mistakes I've made, and they've left me feeling low
And it's time I prayed and I will scream my head off
Can I let it go and bleed it all away in his name

If you knew how I placed you in the sky
Could you lift me up, enable me to fly

She is coming home for good

General CommentI don`t know entirely how to interpret this song.

In any case, it has one of my favourite song lines: ` and if you knew how I placed you in the sky, could you lift me up, enable me to fly?`

I think it`s about loving someone so much, holding them in such high esteem. Yet, you`ve (or he, in this song) made mistakes which have caused the dissolution of the relationship.
Ehh yaa that`s all I`ve got on it for now.
