I remove your sweater
Turns you off, Loretta
Your breath stinks, so kiss me
I trust you completely
You pig! You liar!
I won't set you on fire
My heart aches, in amber
My life is, september

I've got this face you see
God made a fool of me
I took my pills in 1 2 3s
And now the world is done with me

And if I gave you my real opinion
I'd never ever tell you the truth
And if I gave you my real opinion
I'd have to throw up over you
No, will I ever get to see you suffer?

Wish. What would you wish for?
A satellite dish and a wife and kids. And a house and a car you could kiss for?
The feelings displaced
When lies are earased
The marks on my tights
Will tell you no lies
But she had the looks but she had no right
I went into her room in the middle of the night
When everything's wrong and everything's a mess
So come on come on and take off your blue dress

What have we got here, a bad solution
You take your pills in 1 2 3s
And now the world is done with me

And if I gave you my real opinion
I'd never ever tell you the truth
And if I gave you my real opinion
I'd have to throw up over you
No, will I ever get to see you suffer?

You're right there
You're right there

Goddamn! I had to see you naked
Goddamn! I had my whole life wasted
1,2,3 and your body breaks
4,5,6 and you're never late
7,8,9 get a crucifix
10,11,12 then your baby kicks

General CommentAwsome song, by a very under-rated band. Pity they've split up :(
The song is about a bad relationship where both people don't really want to stay: "My heart aches, in Ember
My life is, september", but there is too much lust about the couple to break up: "your breath stinks, so kiss me".
Maybe a devillish spawn will come of this unholy relationship: "get a crucifix ... then your baby kicks" (references to religion and the number 13)
