In the center of a city, fear the flames that billow out of the window and the doors
The waters cold, and we could never make it on our own
Turn around and back down, you always said enough for both of us
But when it comes down to it, girl you know how I do it

I’ll feel better; I’ll feel better without you
So I’d die for you he said without regret, I wear this façade just like the cloak
Around my neck, so I’d die for you(2x)

In the center of a city, fear the flames that billow out of the window and the doors
The waters cold, and we could never make it on our own
Turn around and back down, you always said enough for both of us
But when it comes down to it, girl you know how I do it

Save yourself
Why can’t you
Save yourself, why

(Oh it’s so beautiful how we can save ourselves)
Save something that’s of worth, oh pretty baby it’s a little unreliable
But you’re so predictable

In the center of a city, fear the flames that billow out of the window and the doors

Could you save enough for us to part, now could you?
Save enough for us to part, and you know, could you save enough for us to part
Would you save enough?

General CommentThis song is awesome. The city is going down in ruins and he's trying to save his significant other but he might not be able to. If she were to have to do the same (save him instead) would she even be able to do it right because he knows her bad habits. Also the title is about Jesus dying for us without regret because he did it as an act of love.

General CommentYes this song is totally about Jesus dying for our sins without regret. Through all the pain and suffering He endured, He did it because He loved us and wanted us all to be saved. I love AKFJ's lyrics. Saw them live the other night and they were fantastic. Zach is also a really nice guy.
