Has anyone noticed that this is exactly like Into the Void?

It's a remix from Things Falling Apart.

I absolutely love this song--especially the part at the end when he's yelling "Ohhh ohhh oooh woah woah" over and over. It's such a cool reinterpretation of "Into the Void."

Er, isn't the "Ohh ohh ooh woah woah" Trent saying "AWWWAAAAYYYYYYY?!" Well, I would hope so...

By the way, I really like this song.

well first time i listen to this song i was tripping balls on 2ci and dxm hardest trip ive ever had dont know if i recomend it, but it was around the beging of my trip when everthing was just starting to slip away and this song described my reality and it was pulling me away from reality, that time was the only time i heard it but there was this tension building and at one point, i think around the time he starts yelling i snapped and sort of blacked out and when i came to i could have sworn i was worshiping the devil so i started freaking out and thought i brought on the appocolypse, so yeah this brings me to my conclusion, I think this song was designed to put people in a trance the meaning is in the title "slipping away"

Is it a kick ass remix or is it a song that didn't make it in the Fragile?

He ends into the void with "TRIED TO SAVE MYSELF, BUT MY SELF KEEP SLIPPIN.."

Start this song, new beat, he is lost (he slipped away)

I feel as if it is part of the story of The Fragile's Things Falling Apart theme, he's fucked up in his head now and has to make it back... Kind of like he was worried he lost himself for a minute.

But towards the end of the song the beat becomes more and more similar and his voice becomes stronger and more confident and he is back.

It reminds me of confirming that what you know is true, and you have no doubts. Then, resume the rest of the song track from the Fragile

Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

American Town
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
