God lead your soul to them
All way past the rain
Like when I was a song in a man
God lead your time to them
All way past the planes
Like when I was a song in a man

Witches in my swimming pool
Devils are in my brother's room
How long til God knows that?

Crime comes to them like a worried vein
Girls get married like they live in vain

How long til God knows that?
Dragons don't sleep at night
They live in transaction from copied light
They don't spend time with no regular
They spike all friends cause they speak a lie

How can I be calm?
You're on my mind
How can I keep time?
You're on my mind
Keep your head up

    General CommentOh, Luke Steele.
    Ahem..
Er, I think at the start of this song, he's talking about the ascent to heaven...
"All way past the rain" , "All way past the planes" and "God lead your soul to them"

Not exactly sure what witches are doing in his swimming pool, but perhaps when he refers to "Devil in my brothers room" he is meaning things like drugs, etc.

It's so hard understand religous songs like this because there are so many ways it could interpret it.

    Mmm, Luke Steele.
Ok, getting a tad obsessive now.

General CommentWell, Luke seems to sing lighter songs than his brother. It could be a comparison about what they tend to make music about. Now Luke always sings about being metaphysical, the weird and wonderful being the topic of any song by him, whereas his brother sings songs about demons and having glowing eyes, and about ancient, more sadistic things. His songs are somewhat darker than Luke's but still excellent songs.

Don't worry, I should at least be classed as an "obsessive fan" too by now lol.
