Oh, yeah
Come on

You get the limo out front (oh-whoa)
Hottest styles, every shoe, every color
Yeah, when you're famous it can be kinda fun
It's really you, but no one ever discovers
In some ways, you're just like all your friends
But on stage, you're a star

You get the best of both worlds
Chill it out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it's the best of both worlds
The best of both worlds, yeah

You go to movie premiers (is that Orlando Bloom?)
Hear your songs on the radio (oh-whoa)
Livin' two lives is a little weird, yeah
But school's cool 'cause nobody knows
Yeah, you get to be a small town girl
But big time when you play your guitar

You get the best of both worlds
Chill it out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it's the best of both
You know the best of both worlds

Pictures and autographs
You get your face in all the magazines
The best part is that
You get to be whoever you wanna be

(Best, best) Yeah, the the best of both
(Best, best) You got the best of both
(Best, best) Come on, the best of both

Who would've thought that a girl like me
Would double as a super star?

You get the best of both worlds
Chill it out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it's the best

You get the best of both worlds
Without the shades and the hair
You can go anywhere
You get the best of both girls
Mix it all together, oh yeah
It's so much better
'Cause you know you got
The best of both worlds

This song means that you get the "Best of both worlds". This is from the TV show hannah montana which is about a girl who is a normal teenager during the day - miley stewart, and by night is a superstar singer - hannah montana. this song is expressing how she has the best of both being a teenager and a superstar.

im 18 & i love hannah montana. i also love a lot of other bands that are totally different. music is all about appreciation. if you're not willing to experience different sorts of music, then you're missing out & you're the one who looks like a close-minded asshole.

&&sparkle, most of that is not punk.

hello.....guys, come on.......what are yall thinking.....there are children on this site be decent enough to curb your language.

and if you dont like the music or artist thats fine but dont ruin it for the people that do......this website is to help people understand the music.......not for rude kids to come and tell everyone how much they hate someone.......grow up and get a life......

OK everybody...I will admit that Hannah Montana is a little cheesy... But I also have to admit that,......... I like it. Well actually I like Miley Cyrus more. The songs on there are more "rock" sounding than Hannah Montana and Miley herself wrote all but two songs. My friend hates Hannah Montana, but I burned her a CD with "We Got The Party" on it and didn't tell her who it was by, and guess what she loved it.

So if you hate her, that's fine, but why waste your time on it if you hate it that much?

okay, first to grunge girl, thats cool, but hey so do you, second to rorygodwin, i totally agree, to sparkel and fade, im 18 and like the show but the music is awful, barely tolerable, as are those artist your recomended, and to one irish rove, so, it sells doesn't,i bet they have more money and are happier than you, lukaskou, there should not be children on this website, for two reasons, to register you must be 13, and because good parents don't let their kids surf alone, derr.

this song's lyrics are very funny, just like the show,

what was wrong with the tv when i was a kid.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
