"For all these times son. For all these times" as written by and Ian/gaze Watkins....
Yeah!
So can you feel your heartbeat racing?
Can you feel the tension rise?
Can you see the road you're walking?
Are these times too hard to recognize?
Part of where you're going,
Is knowing where you're coming from.
The hardest part of moving forward
Are these times when we all stand alone.

No! No! But you'll never believe.
No! No!

For all these times, that we walked away
For all these times, that I heard you say
Give me something to believe in,
Give me someone to believe in.
For all these times, and it starts today.

A generation always waiting,
A revolution passed this time.
Another reason to take stock
Of all these things you have left behind.
Feelings that will never leave you
Never make you change your mind,
Ya gotta make it out past this one
Always the wrong place at the wrong time.

Lip gloss lies, doin' the time.
Never gonna miss what I left behind.
If I get the chance I'll do it again.
I wouldn't change it! Change it!
Change It! Change It!
Lip gloss lies, doin' the time.
Never gonna miss what I left behind.
If I get the chance I'll do it again.
I wouldn't change it! Change it!
Change It! Change It!

General CommentTo me this song is about going through with what you believe in, wether someone is with you on it or not. The first verse could be about the same and also about keeping your self realistic by remembering where you're coming from and where you want to go.

Can't really figure the second one out though :P

General CommentThis is my favourite song on Liberation Transmission. It just reminds me of growing up and having to work things out on my own and y'know, regretting things, things being difficult, but it's about making your own way in the world.

That's what it means to me, anyway.

General Commentthis song feels more personal than any other on this album, and reminds me of a married couple, whereby they have a child, an the song is written in the perspective of this child (poss ian watkins). At the start the family gets on well like any shud but things start to deteriorate and they break up. the child become lonely an unstable an is unsure how to cope with things, 'lip gloss lies' remind me of an affair which could mean howd they split up and the child doesnt want things to carry on with how things were, an want him an his mum to carry on lving their lives. also the child is lost and confused and needed sum kind of stability 'gimme sum1 to believe in' an he needed helped

General CommentIt's about going through adversity, learning from it and pushing on stronger then ever.

All these times are the times where things didn't go your way, the failed relationships, the goals that you didn't achieve... it's about recognizing those times and using them as motivation to succeed down the road instead of letting them hold you back like so many do. It's about the time you weren't there for your firend, and the day you look back and realize you weren't there, realizing it, and not letting it happen again.

It reminds me a lot of "Lucky You"... always trying even if you fail the first 100 times, knowing that those 100 failures each taught you something unique and helped you realize what it is you need to do differently to suceed next time.
