My Grave (x3)

Scream in pain
Die in flames (x3)
Run in fear so you can hide
In the dark
Run in fear so you can hide
Forever

Lost in darkness
God forgotten
Run in fear so you can hide
In the dark
Run in fear so you can hide
Forever

Hoping beyond
My grave (x4)

Running to hide
Closing your eyes
Run in fear so you can hide (x3)
Run in fear closing your eyes

Hoping beyond
Hoping I can see beyond
My grave (x9)

My grave (x4)

Hoping... Beyond... Hoping i can see.. Beyond my... (background)

beyond
my grave (x9)

General CommentIt sounds as if he is a soldier in the frontline trenches, run in fear so u can hide refers to the cowards from his side, in the dark obvously in the foxholes ( terrible places when your getting shelled ) - closing your eyes > praying ull live through it, die in flames > flames of explosions, and last but not least "My Grave" ---> this is where i am to die, and where i shall remain as time goes by.

General Commenti think this song is about how an atheist / non believer has spent their time through all life avoiding and dismissing any belief of afterlife, god, and the time has come where they are going to die - but afraid because they don't know what to be or do if there is nothing to see beyond the grave. that's why they'd rather die in flames to ensure they can't see anything or feel anything, and why they run in fear to hide from the inevitable (live a ghost, if such thing can exist). basically non believers of god experiencing their time is up and it finally hits them that they hope to see or experience something after death, instead of just being dead and forgotten. the music video for this also is pretty much images from graveyards, there was no war or guns, or explosions.
