"Yellow Cake" as written by and Paul Raven....
And the war goes on
And the war goes on

There's no crisis of conscience
The truth is dressed in disguise
Feeding the hungry with Yellow Cake
Feeding the public with lies

Yellow Cake

No crimes were ever committed
No charges were ever read
Cooking the books on the Yellow Cake
Cooking a meal for the dead

And the war goes on
And the war goes on

This is no time for the righteous
Only the wicked survive
Bake up a batch of the Yellow Cake
Bake up a batch of the lies

[Chorus: x4]

General Commenti'm surprised this song hasn't been commented on yet...i think this song is definetly about bush and somehow alluding to marie antoinettes 'let them eat cake' line...but otherwise i'm not too sure

General CommentI think the 'yellow cake' being referred to is the substance produced from uranium ore.

I imagine the song is specifically about a set of documents which apparently showed that Saddam Hussien attempted to purchase Yellowcake from Niger. These documents were used as proof that he was intending on creating WMD, but the documents were doubted and later shown to be forgeries.
(search wikipedia for yellowcake for more info)
