"Another You" as written by Manuel Reuter, Manuel Reuter, Manuel Reuter and Yann Peifer....
So many times I was alone I couldn't sleep
You left me drown in in the tears of memory
And ever since you've gonna I found it hard to breathe
'Cause there was so much that your heart just couldn't see
A thousand ways to dreams are rollin' off my eyes
But times been hillin' me and I say goodbye

'Cause I can breathe again dream again
I'll be on the road again
Like it used to be the other day
Now I feel free again so innocent
'Cause someone makes me whole again for sure
I find another you

Could you imagine someone else is by my side
I've been afraid I couldn't keep myself from fallin'
My heart was always searching for a place to hide
Could not have waited on to bring another day
You're not the only one so hear me when I say
The thoughts of you that just fade away

'Cause I can breathe again dream again
I'll be on the road again
Like it used to be the other day
Now I feel free again so innocent
'Cause someone makes me whole again for sure
I find another you

Sometimes I see you when I close my eyes
You're still apart of my life
But I can breathe again dream again
I'll be on the road again
Like it used to be the other day
Now I feel free again so innocent
'Cause someone makes me whole again for sure
I'll find another
Ooh, I'll find another you

General CommentWow. I was actually suprised to hear how beautiful Cascada's voice is when she sings slower beat songs. This would be one of them. This song stands out from the rest of the hardcore beat songs on her album. It's really sweet and makes me think of someone who is performing at a wedding while the bride and the groom are slow dancing with eachother. I think this should be hit number two on the radio for Cascada after Everytime We Touch. People would love it! This song is kind of sad thinking how she's breaking up with her lover to find someone else to take his place knowing he really wasn't the one for her when she says a thousand dreams rolling of my eyes but times been healing me and I say goodbye...that's obvious right there.

General CommentI think he broke up with her (can u imagine someone else is by my side) and she was really lovesick and sad, and now she found hope again and she knows she will find somebody else, but the other guy is still in her heart (you are still a part of my life) and she knows a little piece of it will always love him and she will try to find another guy, but she knows he has to be similar to him (another you)

General CommentTo me, this song is telling of a boyfriend, and how she thought he was the one, but then he wasn't, and now she's found someone else and doesn't need him, even though the new man she's found is similar, they're totally different. And this is a beautiful song too.

General Commentto me, this song means that she thought her last partner was THE ONE, her soulmate, but he actually wasn't.
It was so hard for her to let go and to try not to love him anymore, because she couldnt see herself with anyone else, but she finally did let go and found the new person.
He is just like the old guy, but so different as well.
The girl still loves the first guy with all she has, but she loves the new one as well.

    beautiful song!
