"Kirby's House (Help: A Day In The Life Version)" as written by and Johnny Borrell....
From the stomas came the novation
It rattled the foundations of the house that I live in
Now I can't live there anymore

A child sleeps then he awakens
He shrieks until he is taken
To a house he can live in

Take him to a house he can live in

And in the morning when you know it's gonna be alright
In the morning when you know he won't remember a thing
Well in the morning when you know it's gonna be alright
Hush-a-bye, it's gonna be alright

Yeah, I- I get drunk and sentimental
I need a touch that is gentle
Just to take me

Take me to a house I can live in
Take me to a house I can live in
Take me to a house I can live in

And I heard your crooked words about something
So I'm sayin' nothing
I know that it's nothin'

I can hear it in the house that you live in
Take me to a house I can live in
Take me to a house I can live in
Take me to somewhere I can live

Take me to a house I can live in [Repeat: x5]

Yeah, take me to a house I can live in
Ah, take me to a house I can live in
Take me to a house I can live in [Repeat: x7]
Take me to somewhere I can live

General CommentHeard this on the help album ages ago, bit annoying that "In the Morning" is basically the same song, not only that, they then put this on the album anyway. One or the other lads please. Still this is a great song, one of the best of the second album which isn't as good as "Up All Night" but i couldn't say a bad thing against the band that sung "Somewhere Else"!!!

General CommentSome of these lyrics are wrong.
I think it's "from the stillness came innovation"....makes more sense.
And the second verse is "KIRBY sleeps and then he awakens".

Yeah. That's all I have to say. Good song. It does use the same line as the chorus of In The Morning, but they're still very different songs. I love them both.

General Comment...Just realised it does say 'child', but in the Help version. Album version says Kirby. Sorry.
