"Simple and clean - Backwards" as written by and Hikaru Utada....
When you walk away
You don't hear me say please
Oh baby, don't go
Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight
It's hard to let it go

You're giving me too many things
Lately you're all I need
You smiled at me and said,

Don't get me wrong I love you
But does that mean I have to meet your father?
When we are older you'll understand
What I meant when I said no,
I don't think life is quite that simple

When you walk away
You don't hear me say please
Oh baby, don't go
Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight
It's hard to let it go

(So simple and clean, baby)

The daily things
(like this and that and what, what)
That keep us all busy
All confusing me
That's when you came to me and said,

Wish I could prove I love you
But does that mean I have to walk on water?
When we are older you'll understand
It's enough when I say so,
And maybe somethings are that simple

When you walk away
You don't hear me say please
Oh baby, don't go
Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight
It's hard to let it go

Hold me
Whatever lies beyond this morning
Is a little later on
Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all
Nothing's like before

When you walk away
You don't hear me say please
Oh baby, don't go
Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight
It's hard to let it go

Hold me
Whatever lies beyond this morning
Is a little later on
Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all
Nothing's like before

Hold me
Whatever lies beyond this morning
Is a little later on
Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all
Nothing's like before

General Commenteven if this isn't anything backwards, it gives people things to talk about. Besides, I think it's kinda interesting. Nice going drama queen KBA.

General CommentThe backwards message wasn't done on purpose. But it's kinda funny it ends up like that. It reminds me of Kingodm Hearts in a way. "10 year old sending ya a hero?" Sora isn't 10 but he's still young. So assume theyre refering to a young boy. Sora is a young boy sending out to be a savior. "In a room, suddenly its a real planet" is about Destiny Islands. The islands are being refered to as a small room. An enclosed place surrounded by water cut off from others. Then suddenly becomes a real planet. It's opened up to the universe. The "Wasn't he the devil" part I think sounds like a Riku Ansem controversy. And "He won't call me anymore" could be Sora reaching out to Riku or even Kairi calling out to Sora.

General CommentThere isn't really a backwards version, but just download the free audacity player, open the non-remix slow version of the song(end theme), highlight the whole song, and select Effect > reverse. It's creepy.

    Conspiracy creepy.

    DENVER AIRPORT creepy.
Okay, not nearly that creepy, but still weird.

    General CommentI think it's
    "Help me discard this bond"
    instead of
    "Help me escape fun"
I've never played the game "Kingdom Hearts", but I'm guessing maybe Sora was regretting his friendship with Riku. Riku become evil, so maybe Sora was wishing he never met him.

General CommentI get a lot more from this song than just Kingdom hearts. I see where you guys come from with your explinations though.

What i get from this song though is that there is this girl that is longing for the love of a guy that is pressuring her to do things. He tells her that it will be "fun" and she just wants his love, the love that she read in fairytales when she was ten, a hero from her story books. And then she says that what if there was nothing beyond their room, what if it was just the two of them, forever. Later, she asks someone that know him "Wasnt he the devil" and she said "of course, he's evil. See where he walks" the women is saying that he has done this before and he is just following in his same foot steps. And the girl realizes he wont call her.

General CommentAmong the YT KH fan community, there is a conspiracy theory, that this was done on purpose. In Sanctuary, they deliberately made certain parts go backwards. They KNEW someone would want to know what it says and would reverse it.

    youtube.com/…

It turned out to be very Riku oriented

and if you think about it, Sanctuary was about Sora, kinda Rikus opposite.

Simple and clean was about Kairi, and this version is seen by many to be about Namine, which is very much -forward thinking- on Nomuras part I must say, then again they used Simple and Clean in CoM, so its no wonder we think like that.
