"Little miss more or less" as written by and Even Johansen....
Hanging around waiting for him to show you
How he's going to give himself completely away to you
This time around
He says you will excel in a better day

But you will give a little more
And live a little less
You will give a little more
Just to find you'll live a little less than before

Please hear me out I am on your side here
Just like I've always been
B but to put things right, I need more time
'Cos I cannot think straight put it down to too much drink

But you will give a little more and live a little less
You will give a little more
Just to find you'll live a little less than before
"I know it's sad and I'm sorry but I offer my apologies for being me"

General CommentI love this song. 1st heard it on an episode of six feet under and liked it right away! It's funny, but until just now I was really oblivious to what he was saying in the chorus. I always just sang along without consciously thinking about it...but I like it. The rest of the song I always contemplated though. I think in general it is about loving someone who for some reason keeps disappointing you and you hope they will change and they keep promising they will so you give them the benefit of the doubt as well as another chance over and over, but in turn you only seem to be hurting yourself "You will give a little more,
Just to find you'll live a little less than before"....

    My favorite parts:

"To put things right, I need more time
    Cause I cannot think straight"

    "I know it's sad & I'm sorry but I offer my apologies
    For being me..."
