"Chord Organ Blues" as written by and Daniel Dale Johnston....
Everything's big in Texas
You know it is
I think I might have made a big mistake o o o

Chord organ blues
Chord organ blues
Singin' those chord organ blues

Wherever I go it's a wild wind
Maybe someday it'll blow me back home again
Chord organ blues
Chord organ blues
Singin' those chord organ blues

For every chord that is played
There is a word in my heart that has paid
'Cause my soul loves music
And it loves to hear it made
Singin' those chord organ blues

General CommentIt's about when Dan moved in with his brother and recorded Yip/Jump Music in his bro's garage. Daniel discovered the chord organ in his brother's garage and it's used on most of the songs on that album.

General CommentThe lyrics on here for that last part are wrong. What he says is

"For every chord that is played
there's a reward in my heart that is paid.
    Because my soul loves music,
and it loves to hear it made"
