Ride, when we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

It's real late
'Bout a quarter to one
I'm thinking of everything that we've become
And I hate it
I thought we could make it
But I'm ready to dead this
Just wanna forget about it
I saw her pictures
And the letters she sent
You had me thinking
You were out we your friends
I'm so foolish
Play me like I'm stupid
'Cause I thought it was just you and i, oh

Now I look back on the time that we spent and I
See it in my mind playing over and over again
'Cause, boy, right now, you got me breaking down
And I just can't figure out why
But this is what you say (we ride)
Oh

When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
We used to say
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

We ride
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
(But, I remember what you used to say)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

Visions in my mind of the day that we met
You showed me things that I'll never forget
Took me swimming in the ocean
You had my head up in the clouds
Made me feel like I'm floating (yeah)
You think I'm playing when you know it's the truth
Nobody else can do it quite like I do
All my kisses (kisses)
And my loving (and my loving)
But ain't nobody better than us, yeah-yeah

Now I look back on the time that we spent and I
See it in my mind playing over and over again
'Cause, boy, right now, you got me breaking down
And I just can't figure out why
You said (we ride)
Mm

When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
We used to say
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

We ride
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
(But, I remember what you used to say)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

I guess it's over, indefinitely
But you and I know it's not that easy to let go (to let go)
Of everything (of everything) that we planned
And start all over again, hey
Just blame yourself 'cause you blew it
I won't forget how you do it
My sweet baby, this is where the game ends now
Somehow, wanna believe you and me, we can figure it out (oh-oh)

We ride (yeah)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

Don't I make you say, boy
I wish that you could hold me when I'm lonely
When I need someone to talk to, you would phone me
Just like everything you told me
(When we ride we ride it's 'til the day that we die)
Boy, you forgot about the promises you made me
And now we'll let the memories just fade away
But I remember what you used to say
(When we ride, we ride it's 'til the day that we die)

We ride
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
We used to say
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

We ride
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die ('til we die)
(But, I remember what you used to say)
When we ride, we ride
It's 'til the day that we die

We ride

'i rule all' -- don't make yourself sound stupid. "we ride" is a perfect title for this song, if only you knew the context of it. So don't comment if you've never heard it because obviously, you don't know what you're talking about.

I don't know about how great this song is but all i have to say is that u would have to be out of ur fucking mind to cheat on Rihanna while u had a chance with her.

She's not that good, sorry mate! :)

Is Rihanna trying to make it a running thing with this song and the last song she released? The last song she released (in Australia) was about her doing the dirty on her partner. Now she's released a song about it being done to her.

Is it meant to be a continuing thing? - "I did it to him, now it's his revenge"

This is a really good song. I think it's about a man who cheats on a woman, and she remember's all of the good times they had, but she can't figure out why he say's that "we ride", which I think mean's that they will be together forever.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

No Surprises
Radiohead
Same ideas expressed in Fitter, Happier are expressed in this song. We're told to strive for some sort of ideal life, which includes getting a good job, being kind to everyone, finding a partner, getting married, having a couple kids, living in a quiet neighborhood in a nice big house, etc. But in Fitter, Happier the narrator(?) realizes that it's incredibly robotic to live this life. People are being used by those in power "like a pig in a cage on antibiotics"--being pacified with things like new phones and cool gadgets and houses while being sucked dry. On No Surprises, the narrator is realizing how this life is killing him slowly. In the video, his helmet is slowly filling up with water, drowning him. But he's so complacent with it. This is a good summary of the song. This boring, "perfect" life foisted upon us by some higher powers (not spiritual, but political, economic, etc. politicians and businessmen, perhaps) is not the way to live. But there is seemingly no way out but death. He'd rather die peacefully right now than live in this cage. While our lives are often shielded, we're in our own protective bubbles, or protective helmets like the one Thom wears, if we look a little harder we can see all the corruption, lies, manipulation, etc. that is going on in the world, often run by huge yet nearly invisible organizations, corporations, and 'leaders'. It's a very hopeless song because it reflects real life.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
