Disreguard what we know
Well your voice is so low
Will I stay
Will I go this evening
See the light on the rail
Reflect red off the tail lights
In front of us.
Slowly leading.

Heed my warning my darling
Don't let the twilight drown
Feel the shoreline thriving
Turn around
Turn around
Turn around

Well we pull of the road,
Sinking slow, sinking slow
And the gravel recedes into dust
And the unfaithful sun
Went to burn all alone
Just to love, just for love
Just for plain simple love.

Heed my warning my darling
Don't let the twilight drown
Feel the shoreline thriving
Turn around
Turn around
Turn around

Oh oh (4x)

Heed my warning my darling
Don't let the twilight drown
Feel the shoreline thriving
Turn around
Turn around
Turn around

General CommentYeah, i believe this song is about a car accident as well, because when she says:

"See the light on the rail
Reflect red off the tail lights
    In front of us.
    Slowly leading.

Well we pull of the road,
    Sinking slow, sinking slow
And the gravel recedes into dust"

    & to "heed her warning"
shes trying to tell someone to listen to the warning shes giving them.

but yeah, awsome song by the way
    one if my favorites!

General CommentI always took this song as someone being unfaithful to their partner, and going off somewhere in a car with the other girl/guy to go cheat. (The unfaithful sun)

Well we pull of the road,
    Sinking slow, sinking slow
And the gravel recedes into dust
    And the unfaithful sun
    Went to burn all alone
Just to love, just for love
    Just for plain simple love.

The red mentioned reflecting off the taillights could be symbolism for love or lust.

I've been in this situation... Hah.

General CommentOverall as listed in a comment before on here; I believe this song has something to do with 'cheating' due to these lines :

    "Disreguard what we know
Well your voice is so low
    Will I stay
    Will I go this evening"
[Saying if whoever is going to see whoever this evening]

    "And the unfaithful sun
    Went to burn all alone
Just to love, just for love
Just for plain simple love. "
[I think these lines imply of course unfaithful. Also when it says 'Just to love, just for love' cheating for love just to love etc. =]

    Beautiful song I must say.
