"Presence" as written by and Andreas/werner Thoma....
Then just as his brain at times of producing
High levels of tension
Shifts, to memory fragments, attempts
By means of the sense of perception

To confront these trivialities with ease

Like crossing a river by jumping its stones
Building a track, take him back to the other side

That is just when his brain perceives the increasing
Levels of tension
In the area of the sense

There where the sense of present tense
Prevails
To bring all that
That is aware
Into focus at one spot
That spot we call
Presence

    My InterpretationAh, a great song!
I think it's just about one guys brain telling him HEY MAN TAKE A CHILL PILL and just filling his mind with nice thoughts. Then it realizes the levels of tension are "where the sense of present tense prevails" which is pretty much where your memory is kept. So perhaps trying to calm down the person instead put stress upon the brain!
