Seven years and fifty days
The time is passing by
Nothing in this world could be
As nice as you and I

And how could we break up like this
And how could we be wrong
So many years, so many days
And I still sing my song

Now I run to you
Like I always do
When I close my eyes
I think of you
Such a lonely girl
Such a lonely world
When I close my eyes
I dream

I'll return to you
Like I always do
When I close my eyes
I think of you
Such a lonely girl
Such a lonely world
When I close my eyes
I dream of you

Seven years and fifty days
Now just look at me
Another girl I used to be
So then what do you see

And how could we break up like this
And how could we be wrong
So many years, so many days
And I still sing my song

Now I run to you
Like I always do
When I close my eyes
I think of you
Such a lonely girl
Such a lonely world
When I close my eyes
I dream

I'll return to you
Like I always do
When I close my eyes
I think of you
Such a lonely girl
Such a lonely world
When I close my eyes
I dream of you

what a song! and no comments yet???

I've always thought it was about how she still misses him even though they've broken up 7yrs and 50days ago.

But just now, for some reason, i seemed different. It looks like they've been togather for that long, and they've Just broken up:

And how we break up like this? And how could we be wrong? So many years, so many days And I still sing my song

so even thought they've just broken up she keeps singing praises to him: "Now I run to you like I always do..."

    awsome song awsome band.

Ha ha. Not particularly deep, but I love the song. First heard it off a StepMania thing...then I looked up the full version. The "damn" actually doesn't seem very effective...sounds funny.

I know, such an awesome upbeat song and not so many comments? Puh-lease. Personally, I think they've been going out for 7 years and 50 days, and just now they've broken up. I adore the lyrics though.
