How does that old song go? I forgot the words.
There was a boy who believed love is all you need.
He may have been right, it depends on what you mean.
What do you mean by love?

You told me no, said you love me though.
You had to go your own way.
If you change your mind, you know where to find me,
I'll be around.

Before the new dream can fly the old one has to die.
When we were boys we believed the dream was all we'd need.
Turned out to be wrong, now it's time to rise and shine
Singing a brand new song.

You told me no, said you love me though.
You had to go your own way.
If you change your mind, you know where to find me,
I'll be around.

I'll be around.
Woah.

How does that old song go? I forgot the words. Hey!

You told me no, said you love me though.
You had to go your own way.
If you change your mind, you know where to find me,
I'll be around.

You told me no, said you love me though.
You had to go your own way.
If you change your mind, you know where to find me,
I'll be around.

I'll be around.

General CommentUh, well I THINK this is about two people who love eachother, but one of them doesn't want to be in the relationship.. And the other guy is just like "yeah, I'll be here if you want me."

"Before the new dream can fly the old one has to die. When we were boys we believed the dream was all we'd need. Turned out to be wrong, now it's time to rise and shine Singing a brand new song" seems to be about things not turning out right and starting things all over again. Not giving up and just moving on.
