This is the story of Johnny
This is the story of Johnny
Story of Johnny
Story of Johnny

(Chorus)
Johnny can't read the words Chemical Wonderland
Johnny can't read the words Chemical Wonderland
Johnny can't read the words Chemical Wonderland
Johnny can't read the words Chemical Wonderland

He's not sure where he's going, but he's on his way
He's not sure where he's going, but he's on his way

Johnny's first real grown up trip
Oh Boy
Gee Wiz
There's lots of things to see
Afterwards, Johnny can't stop going up and down

(Chrous)

A real land of wonders
But, it's hard to decide where to go next
The fun didn't last nearly long enough
Johnny's off for more adventure

(Chrous)

Finally, a friendly Policeman takes Johnny to a building he hadn't planned on seeing

*long instrumental solo*

There's just so much a guy can take

Right now, Johnny wants his mother

Johnny fell asleep on his father's shoulder

Plesant dreams, Johnny

General CommentGod, what an amazing song. Definately the best off of Chemical Wonderland. A 5 minute epic about drug addiction and redemption. The utilization of a 50's announcer voice was brilliant, as was the sudden burst into a southern baptist-feeling piano part at the end. Teeming with emotion and brillance.
