"If You Talk Too Much (My Head Will Explode)" as written by and Gareth Jones....
I don't want you to try and save me,
No I don't want you at all,
If we're through, then you don't blame me,
'Cause that won't do at all

If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode

You've no time to reconcile me,
There's no time left to call,
And I'll take my share, and then I'll vanish,
I want my share, that's all.

If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode

Can't complain, I feel sly
You can get up and go

I don't want you to try and save me,
No I don't want you at all

If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode
If you talk too much my head will explode

Explode, explode

General CommentGood song. I'm not sure if he says sly or something else.

Sounds like the guy is dumping the girl cuz she just won't shut the fuck up.

General CommentI think he says 'fine' instead of 'sly.

General CommentThe lyric book for the album says:

    "Can't complain, it feels like
You can get up and go"

    Also, during the second chorus,
"Can you see the man is down
And all he had has crashed to the ground" is overlapped. At least thats what this booklet says. This song gave me the impression that the girl has broken up with him and wants to keep in touch, or at least talk to him. He just wants to move on.

General Commenti can relate big time to this song right now, goin thru the break up in the first verse, tellin her that he just wants his things and the talkin to much, i relate to it by the lying she does to me, every thing she says is a lie pretty much, so if she keeps talkin my head will explode

The guy dropped the girl and he's bored of hearing her talking too much. He only wants his part of the share and go away, alone.

General CommentBasically, he's saying if it's really over then just let it be over. He doesn't give a fuck about talking about things, he just wants closure and freedom. Apparently she wasn't there when she should've been, and now it's too little too late.
