"Call Your Name" as written by David Thomson, Robert Wells and Rex Goudie....
Life sometimes changes so quickly
Nothing's safe, nothing's sound
Just when I think I'm invincible
The world turns it all upside down

Thought you'd be here all my lifetime
Working each day 'til it's end
You were much more than just family
You were more like a friend

And with one simple phone call you were taken away
I'm misunderstanding what justice it pays
Are the powers above us playing some kind of game?
Now I'm left here to carry your name

And I know that you're out there
'Cause I feel you running through my veins
Why you're gone, that's a mystery
That's the reason I still call your name

Lived each day to the fullest
Pushed himself to the edge
Nerves of steel scared of nothing
Had a good laugh 'til the end

And I heard through a phone call you were taken away
Too young to have ever lived all of your days
When I heard of the reason I'd questions 'bout why
What you loved to do took your life

And I know you're still out there
There's a hole, we will never be the same
Why you're gone, that's a mystery
That's the reason I still call your name

Reason I still call your name
Reason I still call your name

And I know that you're out there
'Cause I feel you running through my veins
Why you're gone, that's a mystery
That's the reason I still call your name

'Cause I know you're still out there
There's a hole, we will never be the same
Why you're gone, that's a mystery
That's the reason I still call your name

General CommentThis song was actually written by rex goudie himself, it has to be the most touching song ever. He actually wrote it for his uncle Rex who passed away leaving his wife and 2 children and his friend age 23 who died this past summer in an accident. I actually just saw Rex and Melissa Friday April 7th it was really good!!

General CommentI was at the concert on the 11th, And He also mentioned that the seccond verse of this song was about a friend of his who passed because of a snowmobile accident, doing something he really enjoyed. He mentioned that his friend was always a very dangerous person, who loved to take chances..someone with, nerves of steel. He's absolutely excellent live. I'm so happy I heard about him. Supposedly, he's related to me. Through marriage or something. He's my aunt's wife's cousin or something. Go me.
