"The Land Of Rape and Honey" as written by and Al/barker Jourgensen....
Face to face, blood to blood
The mountain, you tumbled from
And in the land of rape and honey, you prey

Step by step
You climb the mountain, you prey

Fist to fist, eye to eye
The rulers of the wasteland
And in the land of rape and honey you prey

Step by step
You climb the mountain you prey

Head to head, chest to chest
Which country is the very best?
And in the land of rape and honey
You prey

Step by step
You climb the mountain, you prey

General Commentthis song is about nationalism in general... basically how each country sees nationalism as such a good thing yet it is the cause of the majority of wars... like WOrld War 1 was single handedly caused by nationalism... as well as World War 2

General CommentBelieve it or not, there is an actual "Land of Rape and Honey", and it's in Canada. Tisdale, Saskatchewan, to be specific (oddly enough, the place which inspired Dog River in the Canadian sitcom Corner Gas). "Land of Rape and Honey" is Tisdale's slogan-- the word "rape" referring to the rapeseed crops. Apparently Al Jourgensen saw the slogan on a souvenir mug and was amused by the double meaning of the phrase as a way of describing a supposed paradise on earth.

General CommentFinally the first to comment - The land of rape and honey is about Israel or Germany, or both?

There are images of Nazi Germany, is this the hateful Hitler crowd or is this a dark image of what is really behind all forms of nationalism?

Step by Step - Chest to Chest = the goose-stepping soldiers are symmetrically aligned.

You climb the mountain = you try to raise the stature of your race/religion/country.

    You Prey = You Pray.
