Your face
Was never missed
You cleverness
And cunning words did not exist
Bitter bleak
Your fuckin weak
You know you dont deserve a thing
You fight for pride
To save your name
To heal the scars you waste to shame
Take the blame
Take the blame
Save it now so this can end
Cause there's nothing left to prove
To you

You've become the enemy
Let it go
Whoa, whoa
But you'll never take the blame
So let it go
Whoa, whoa

I'll tear it down
Arrogant
Sick of it
Flatter everyone you can
I'm pulling teeth
Cause talk is cheap
You lie regrets are elbow deep
So now its time
To chase the dream
With hand grenades and gasoline
Burn it down
Burn it down
Every gracious word you speak
Cause now I see right through
So fuck you

You've become the enemy
Let it go
Whoa, whoa
But you'll never take the blame
So let it go
Whoa, whoa

The time has come you know
To just let go
Just let it all go
And its not enough
That your handed everything
Still you smile to my face
But this time
I'll tear it down
I'll tear it down
And I'll tear it down
Cause there nothing left to prove
To you

You've become the enemy
Let it go
Whoa, whoa
But you'll never take the blame
So let it go
Whoa, whoa, whoa
You are your own worst enemy we know

This song I always play when I think about a guy that I use to be best friends with, and then one day, he randomly decided that he didn't want to know me anymore. He started calling me "emo filth" and all other hurtful comments. He won't admit what he's done though. Hes a very stuborn guy. For a while i seriously thought about changing the way I am so that I could have him back as a friend (we were very close you see), but then I realised:

"Your face Was never missed You cleverness And cunning words did not exist Bitter bleak Your fuckin weak You know you dont deserve a thing You fight for pride To save your name To heal the scars you waste to shame Take the blame Take the blame Save it now so this can end Cause there's nothing left to prove To you"

This is my "Screw You" song It's basically my theme song for this one girl It's quite perfect.

There are some errors here though... I think it's "Your face Is never missed" and "to heal the scars and ERASE the shame Dig the grave dig the grave" "i'll tear it down Arrogant SYCHOPHANT" "I'm pulling teeth cause talk is cheap and MY regrets are elbow-deep" And i think that's it

but yeah, amazing song Story of the Year is my true love

Who the crap?.....this song is about their former i think drummer, possibly guitarist, i think guitarist, he sued the band during the making of "in the wake of determination" and so they wrote a song about him, hence the title "sure your friends (the band) pay your enemies" and multiple song titles are diff on this then they lsited, this song is now pay your enemey, meathead is now jarhead, and i think thats it.

Holiday

@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
