Yes, it's true...shining wine...
Go on, leave, with the morning light
My love, on the wing at night she rides
Fade away where the sun cleared out

Yeah...fade away...

Little time in this life...sometime it seems...
Twilight world, dark, living dream
Feel how...say no more, but stay, yeah...
The love you are, always...yeah...

Feel the motion with this song...
Like a river churnin', pullin'...
Oh...fade away...

You said, "Where have you been for a hundred years?"
Out in the sky...you fell beneath...
Turnin' down a road...leads I know not where
Forever turnin' back, yeah...

Feel the motion with this song...
Like a river churnin', pullin'...
Feel the motion with this song...
Like a river...like an...

I can shed some light here... the song titled Mystery that shows up on PJ Bootlegs from the early days is NOT a Pearl Jam song... for years it has confused people... here is the truth...

The CD titled "Mookie Blaylock Demo's" is a mere sampling of the First Week Rehearsal demo, these songs were compiled on early bootleg CD's. The bootleggers tried to pass off two other Seattle band songs as Pearl Jam. The first, "Hold Your Head Up", is an Argent song covered by Mother Love Bone. "Mystery" is a demo from Blind Horse, a short-lived band consiting of Bruce Fairweather and Doug Gilmore of Mother Love Bone among others.

Even Flow - Once - Breath - Release - Girl - Alive - Alone - Hold Your Head Up (Mother Love Bone) - Mystery (Blind Horse)

Again, Mystery is NOT a Pearl Jam song... never was, never will be.

    Hopefully that helps.

This song is on "The Versus Sessions". Why didn't Pearl Jam put Mystery, Leatherman, and Crazy Mary on Lost Dogs...?

im not that big of a fan of leatherman but if they put sweet lew on ld's then they should have put all three of these, i think they should have put crazy mary on an album, besides the sweet relief one

Other than The Versus Sessions, I have no idea where you can find this. I couldn't find any info for it online, so I'm guessing you can't download it. Sorry.

Actually, while I whole-heartedly agree with you on "Leatherman" and the cover of Victoria William's "Crazy Mary", this song should NOT be on ANY official Pearl Jam Odds & Sods releases, because it is definitely NOT a PJ song; according to my source, the person(s) who compiled the "VS. SESSIONS" and "FIVE MUSKETEER" bootlegs tried to pass off two bogus tracks as Pearl Jam songs: "Hold Your Head Up" and "Mystery". This song is actually recorded by the band Blind Horse... it sounds nothing at all even like PJ's earliest demos. How it's still today confused as an official PJ song is bewildering, to say the least...

That being said, don't buy this crap. "Girl" is the only PJ song that isn't available on any official releases, has long ago left the PJ catalog, and the rest of the songs on these discs are just early demos of some of the songs from the Ten sessions... why it's labelled "VS. Sessions" is the real 'mystery' to me...

Also, since the song has been removed, the song "Hold Your Head Up" is Mother Love Bone covering an Argent tune from the 1970s. Not Pearl Jam, either...

Seriously, on these two tracks, the lead vocalist sounds nothing like Eddie, Stone or even Jeff; which is irony, since the two sang back up on "Hold Your Head Up" to MLB's Andrew Wood. At least THAT track has some Pearl Jam history behind it, and is only found on Mother Love Bone bootlegs...

Standing On The Edge Of Summer

In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
