We use to have a lot of fun playing games together every night
But now just like the whole neighborhood you watch your soaps,
And that's allright.

Don’t be surprised baby, if you don't know me.

Hey!
Would I have more of your time?
If I was on the cover of your magazine
Here’s my ass you can kiss
Hey!
Would I have more appeal?
On the screen of your TV
On the Radio
Would it be different if you were to know I will die?!?!?!?

You got your living room, I got mine, we also have a big garage
But when we talk together it's about the weather,
Not about our lives.

Don’t be surprised baby, if you don't know me.

{Chorus}

Smoggy, Succeed, Smoggy, Succeed
Hey!
Would I have more of your time?
If I was on the cover of your magazine
Here’s my ass you can kiss
Hey!
Would I have more respect?
On the screen of your TV
On the Radio
Would it be different if you were to know I will die?!?!?!?

General CommentThis song is about being too obsessed by TV reality actually, and not caring about what really goes on with your real friends/family/entourage. That's why he sings lines like: "Would I have more respect? On the screen of your TV", which pretty obviously means, "Hey, am I not worthy just for who I am? Do I have to actually be on your tube to get your attention?"
