even without a face
i don't wanna talk about it
we could be replaced
any time
flat duration soul
just make believe excitement
dead but not so cold
oh lazy pigs
what a way to go
always that thing that happens
when everything's just so
you understand

we don't know what side we're on
dreaming with our heads cut off
half in love and underground
most of you will not be found

Sickle raven sighs,
"my thoughts are boomerangs."
You know when you get high
It's all wrong
The system's all awry
I get up to get arrested
every single time

we don't know what side we're on
dreaming with our heads cut off
half in love and breaking down
most of you will not be found by anyone

General CommentI always thought it was "flat duration soul"

Typical autolux / greg song about boredom, depression, cynicism, and escape through heroin/drugs.

    Greg writes awesome music.

General CommentI remember when I was first listening to this song someone was telling me about beheadings in Iraq. It's really interesting listening to the song in that mind set, makes a urprising amount of sense with the lyrics.
However I have no idea what this is really about.

hustlerose, I too think this makes for great walking home music.
