"This Time" as written by Benjamin Byrne, James Paul Stelfox, James Milne Walsh and Barry Westhead....
In that moment I was frozen out
Of a story that I knew all about
Then I called her in the evening
My depression started lifting

I won't let it kill me
This time
I won't let it kill me
This time

Up to the surface came a feeling
Left me useless
Left me reeling

I won't let it kill me
This time
I won't let it kill me
This time
When the beats run dry there's gonna be some blood
[Repeats]

I won't let it kill me
This time
I won't let it kill me
This time

General CommentI do believe this song is about having first giving up hope for someone, to be with them i mean. and then something happening. kinda like a fresh spark in a dying fire. and everything seems hopeful and possible again. but not getting to much into it. more like, keeping your sights on her/him, but not being a fool about it
