I'm having a day from hell
It was all going so well (before you came)
And you told me you needed space

With a kiss on the side my face (not again)
And not to mention (the tears, I shed)
But I should have kicked your (ass instead )
I need intervention
Attention to stop temptation to scream baby

Everything is 'f'ed' up straight from the heart
Tell me what do you do, when it all falls apart
Gotta pick myself up where do I start
'Cause I can't turn to you when it all falls apart
No

Don't know where I parked my car
Don't know who my real friends are (anymore)

I put my faith in you
What a stupid thing to do (when it rains it pours)
And not to mention (I drank too much)
I'm feeling hung over (and out of touch)
I need intervention

Attention to stop temptation to scream baby
Everything is 'f'ed' up straight from the heart
Tell me what do you do, when it all falls apart
Gotta pick myself up where do I start
'Cause I can't turn to you when it all falls apart

No
Can it be easier?

Can I just change my life?
Cause it just seems to go bad everytime
Will I be mending?
Another one ending once again

Everything is 'f'ed' up straight from the heart
Tell me what do you do, when it all falls apart
Gotta pick myself up where do I start
'Cause I can't turn to you when it all falls apart
No

I think everyone can relate to this song in some way. Everyone has a bad day, and this song is about just that. It's about having a bad day, being stressed out, not knowing where to turn or what to do next. Love it.

This song is a break up song. She wants this guy, but he only wants to be friends (which is typical of guys, they think they're God's gift to woMAN, and think they can have more than one woman without out the other getting hurt) and she's going crazy cause she wanted more so now she's just f**ckd up inside cause he's left her that way.....I like it, but mainly cause of the instruments...its a good song too though...anyways...I'm out

I think it's "the tears I've shed", "Effed up", and I'm pretty sure it isn't "temptation" but I can't quite make out what it is.

This song is pure quality - I love the way she sweetly sings "everything is effed up".

I love this song. I think it's about a girl who's in a relationship, and she's like almost given up her friends for him ("don't know who my real friends are anymore"), but now he wants some space. She's so used to him being there for her, now she doesn't know what to do since he's not there anymore. At least that's the way I look at it :]

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
