without love life is gone
without life love goes on and on
so take me in your arms
bring me back with ivory horns
and break me in your arms
break my pride in all it's forms
without love life is gone
withour life love goes on and on
crosses 'side the road
'cross his eyes, 'cross his nose
'cross his little toes
crosses stand in rows and rows
without love life is gone
without life love goes on and on

General Commenti can't believe no one's commented on this song. it's so beautiful; really genuinely explains the complications of love, i think. without experiencing or having love in life, you're not really living. also, when love ends, life feels unbearable, or "gone." as for the next verse, love continues until the reality of life gets in the way, and it always does. so it's a catch 22. therefore, whenever love is possible, it should be experienced before it is lost or unattainable. i hope that wasn't too horribly confusing, and i hope more people get the chance to listen to this lovely song.

My InterpretationI don't know about any Catch 22. It's just saying that love is eternal, and life only lasts as long as love is present.
