"Sarah (2st Version)" as written by Philip Parris Lynott and Gary Moore....
One, two
One, two, three, four

When you came in my life you changed my world
My Sarah
Everything seemed so right my baby girl
My Sarah

You are all I want to know
You hold my heart so don't let go
You are all I need to live
My love to you I'll give

My Sarah

When you begin to smile you change my style
My Sarah
When I look in your eyes I see my prize
My Sarah

You are all I want to know
You hold my heart so don't let go
You are all I need to live
My love to you I'll give

You are all I want to know
Oh my Sarah
Don't let go oh no
My Sarah

You are all I want to know
You hold my heart so don't let go
You are all I need to live
My love to you I'll always give

You are all I want to know
You hold my heart so don't let go
You are all I want to know
My Sarah

Yes you changed my style with your baby smile
Sarah
Childlike charms keep me warm hold you in my arms
Sarah

Changed my world my baby girl
Sarah
All I want to know don't let go
No,no,no,no,no
Sarah
Sarah
Be mine

General CommentThis truly a great wonderful short song, great piano and guitar playing!

To me, it's like the boy who love the girl (Sarah) means everything to him, and she fills up his thoughts to the max, and it feels like he's very proud of loving her. ("Rode on his best mare")

    Simply a great lovesong! :)

General CommentI didn't realise there was more than one version of Sarah, I thought the other one was the only one by Thin Lizzy.

I'm glad I found this out though, a great song.

General CommentLong live Thin Lizzy led by the warrior Philo ... This song is BTW about Phil's grandmother Sarah who took care of him for a while when he was young due to life difficulties his mother Philomena faced . The feeling made by the instruments arrangement gives an idea or two about Phil's intention to create a dedicating , innocent atmosphere .

Song FactThis song is about Phil Lynott's Daughter Sarah mostly written by Gary Moore. Just watch the video as Phil sings to his Daughter Sarah. The first Sarah song is about Phil"s Grandmother
