"All Time High" as written by John Barry and Tim Rice....
All I wanted was a sweet distraction for an hour or two
Had no intention to do the things we've done
Funny how it always goes with love, when you don't look, you find
But then we're two of a kind, we move as one

We're an all time high
We'll change all that's gone before
Doing so much more than just falling in love
On an all time high
We'll take on the world and win
So hold on tight, let the flight begin

I don't want to waste a waking moment
I don't want to sleep
Cause I'm in so strong and so deep, and so are you
In my time I've said these words before, but now I realize
My heart was telling me lies, but with you they're true

We're an all time high
We'll change all that's gone before
Doing so much more than just falling in love
On an all time high
Yeah, we'll take on the world and win
So hold on tight, let the flight begin

So hold on tight, let the flight begin
We're an all time high

General CommentDoesn't need much explaining. Very Jarvis-esque like cover, but Rita Coolidge's version from James Bond flick (Octopussy) is exquisite.

General CommentShanghaied by marauding angels who showed up to amuse me and wreak absolute havoc in my life, this song has been one of their theme songs—they love the Coolidge version and are completely delighted with the Pulp version.

I had no intention of doing the things we did—primarily because I didn’t know they could be done before this crowd appeared like abandoned babies on my doorstep. The two of a kind?—we became a concurrent entity. Assuredly on an all time high and claiming to be the guardians of the universe, they promise change—something I’m still waiting to see in a more positive light. One can only wish …
