Wrapped up sitting in your box for life
would you notice if I even read you your rights?
Education, educate but don’t you try
cause one false move they’ll have you back in line.

We bide our time wear our disguise, know how to complicate us, intimidate us.

Burn your youth away
cause there’s nothing past today
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it,
we’ll never make it
Burn your youth away
cause there’s nothing past today
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it,
we’ll never make it.

Shut down living in a poverty of truth.
I opened my newspaper and there was the proof.
Those damn celebrities hide the issues in my life,
this democratic demographic is killing my mind.

We bide our time wear our disguise, they try to complicate us, they under-rate us.

Burn your youth away
cause there’s nothing past today
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it,
we’ll never make it
Burn your youth away
cause there’s nothing past today
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it,
we’ll never make it.

I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue
I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue
I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue
I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue

Burn your youth away
cause there’s nothing past today
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it, we’ll never make it
Burn your youth away
just seven words a page
and if I can’t change it,
you won’t change it,
we’ll never make it.

I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue
I know you know.

General CommentJohnny Panic Rule.....Lots. Seen these live like 3 times. They deserve to be sooo big. This is their best song i think, but i would think the first 2 lines of the chorus say it all really. the "I know you know they ain’t got a fucking clue" part of the song is genious too...
