"Dead Wrong (Demo)" as written by Joseph King, Isaac Slade, David Welsh and Michael Flynn....
If only I knew what I know
I'd make it a point to say so
To everyone that got me here
And everyone that made it

Clear I was dead wrong all along
You said it for my sake
That I would not lose my way
When I was astray

I'm doing the best that I could
Trying my best to be understood
Maybe I'm changing slowly
I'd get out, turn around if only I

Knew I was dead wrong all along
You said it for my sake
As if I would lose my way
When I was dead wrong all along

Mine is not a new story
Mine is not a new story
Min is nothing new
But it is for me

So I was dead wrong all along
You said it for my sake
You thought I'd lost my way
When I was dead wrong all along
You said it for my sake
That I would not lose my way

Did I really lose my way
Or are you afraid?

General CommentThis is an earlier rendition of Dead Wrong from HTSAL. If your lucky, its still up on the Garage Section on Area93.com. The main differences are some who's are changed to that's and the "probably kill me slowly".

General CommentI've this version, yet this is the only site I could find the proper lyrics for it.
Only major difference would be the third stanza ("I did it as best as I could..........I am left with the words if only") and a few words here and there.

I like this version better then the other though.

General CommentAlso, the first verse's last line was changed to "everyone that made it." And in the chorus, it's now "Clearly I was..." Also, "YOU said it was for my sake". The second stanza, after the chorus, is completely different. It's
"I'm doing the best that I could
Trying my best to be understood
    Maybe I'm changing slowly
I'd get out turn around if only I"

Lastly (sorry for picking at it, but these changes are not too subtle for me, who just noticed them), they added "Did I really lose my way
    Or are you afraid?"
