"Auto Surgery" as written by Andrew Cairns, Fyfe Ewing and Michael Robert Mckeegan....
I can feel your fingers
Feel your fingers in my head
Going through the wreckage
Through the wreckage of my thoughts

I can feel your fingers
Feel your fingers in my head
Going through the wreckage
Through the wreckage of my thoughts

I can feel your eyes
I feel your eyes, they're in my head
Going through the wreckage
Through the wreckage of my thoughts

I can feel your eyes
I feel your eyes, they're in my head
Going through the wreckage
Through the wreckage of my thoughts

You are on your own, you are on your own, you are on your own
You are on your own, you are on your own, you are on your own
You are on your own, you are on your own, you are on your own
You are on your own, you are on your own, you are on your own

General CommentI think it means someone is being controlled. Like in the novel 1984 by George Orwell. Big brother is watching you. As for the "You are on your own" part, it's saying that even though someone is controlling you, you are lost in the world because no one will help you out of your situation.

    Great song!
