"Another Pill" as written by and Ronald Ward....
You're all the same
You lose you win
Your mystery hides all your feelings
You're on your way to medicate
No one to hold
No one to see

Take another pill for love
Let it open up your mind to
Be free again
Think of everyone you've lost
Let them open up your heart to
Complete yourself

You're all alone
With broken wings
Your life hinges on your direction
Look to the stars who medicate
Listen to hear the whole world sing

Take another pill for love
Let it open up your mind to
Be free again
Think of everyone you've lost
Let them open up your heart to
Complete yourself

The world to hold
(Live again)
The world to sing
(Live again)
The world to hold
(Live again)
The world to sing

Take another pill for love
Let it open up your mind to
Be free again
Think of everyone you've lost
Let them open up your heart to
Complete yourself

The world to hold
(Live again)
The world to sing
(Live again)
The world to hold

Live again

General CommentThis song is so optimistic to me, and it's one of my favorites. I feel like I'm trying to listen to the advice that he's giving in this song these days. I think he's trying to say that we're all the same... we all lose and win in love and life. Let your past experiences guide you instead of suffocate you and allow yourself to open up your heart and live again. You decide your own fate.

General CommentWell, first off, the song is phenomenal, I could say it's one of my many favorites by cold,I'm not sure the true meaning of the song, but I do know my interpretation for it. But obviously, he may be talking about a drug addiction of some sort. Being in love with someone, and him or them having an addiction. But it could be him, looking at the world, seeing that most people are the same, and very few understand him, in his mind, apparently he is love, and the girl hurt him badly, and he doesn't know if he will be able to look forward to the future without having that person in his life. So he turns to drugs, like take another pill for love let it open up your mind to be free again, could mean that person, made him feel free, like a drug, which in his mind no drug can compare to what she made him feel. But to him, he's lost everything, in his past he's had to fight alot of battles, and he finally believed that things have gotten better, until he's lost something dearly to himself, and he turns to medicate the only thing he's ever done to cope with things. So he could have quit for her, or the fact that he's lost alot of people to that addiction or perhaps even her. But I dunno this could be wrong, but I can relate to it 100%, and thats my interpretation. :)

General CommentHmm well devils playmate..interesting interpretation.i too feel that 'love' is a person in the song and his life. and that tragically her/his life was taken away, leaving him incomplete and only memories to hold on to.(look to the stars to medicate)
I think he's trying to say that we are all the same and that because X has nothing to only sorrowfull memorieshold on to or no one to make him feel wanted.so he advises all of us to think of the things that made us happy .X in the song turns to 'medicate' although this could mean a drug this could also mean something that we want to feel but we dont want to consume. and he advises x to take another pill for love even if it remidns of you of sorrow. think of everyone you lost and be complete with yourself. come to terms with yourself as theres no one to take ther place. instead of keeping the sorrows to yourself. get it out of your system.

General Comment"Take Another Pill for Love" ...Scooter Ward refers to that line by saying: taking pills to keep his sanity and not losing it. He may be in a relationship he doesn't want to lose. DRUGS ARE NOT THE ANSWER TO ANYTHING!
