I wanna be your hollywood
I could be your movie star
You misunderstood
Who you really think you are
I wanna be your dollar bills
I could be your shopping mall
I'll be your diet pills
I won't stand to watch you fall

Resign those wondrin' eyes
and wake up to my love

Don't wanna be your plastic doll
I feel like I'm caught up in a race
You can't break the fall
I won't let you go to waste
You wanna be designer clothes
It's a lame conspiracy
Your lip scene overdose
It doesn't mean a thing to me

(Won't you resign)
Resign those wondrin' eyes
(won't you resign)
and wake up to my love

General CommentI think it's kind of like.........I don't really know, but
"Resign those wandering eyes" I think is like Don't be looking at other guys because I love you.
Or something like that. But I could be totally off.

General CommentI think it's like, this guy loves this girl and he loves her, but she's obsessed with making herself better for other people, taking "diet pills" and "overdosing" because she wants to look fabulous for the public, and he's saying that he loves her for who she really is, and he's saying that he won't be her "plastic doll"---meaning that he won't be her meaningless arm candy. Or that's what I got out of it. =/
