"One Day Women Will All Become Monsters" as written by and Mcmanaman Bell....
If I live to see you again
I'll take out my eyes
With this I have no way, and in consequence want no sight
I've tried my hardest to forget every connection
Always being the blind villain

My end meets the old curse of death

The last courtesy I give
Get the horses for your mistress
There is a cliff, with sky high peaks
Make your way to the very brim of it
Stop it from every showing
Repair the misery

Give me your hand
The departure of the thief and monster is far from over
But everything is gonna be just fine
Everything will be just fine

With robbers hands, cunning and false
Label him a thief, bring him before us
Bind fast his corky arms
Filthy traitor!

Hang him instantly
Pluck out his eyes
Rip the haunting smirk from his face
May heaven help him, but only through its plagues
For our means secure us
For our means secure us and our defects prove our worth.

Give me your hand
The departure of the thief and monster is far from over
But everything is gonna be just fine
Everything will be just fine
We live in fear and danger of them
There delicate cheeks will turn to rotting flesh
One day women will all become monsters

General Commentthis songis basically saying that obviosuly , something has happened to where the guya nd the girl he loved aren't together , and now he's moved on and hated the girl for what she did to him , and is saying basically dont trust women because they are all monsters .

for example: " if i live to see you again , ill take out my eyes " he's saying that he never wants her in his life again .

General CommentI think this song is summed up in one line..."one day women will all become monsters" they said it best themselves.
but I totally agree, being a chick, I have the right to say, one day we will all become monsters. I don't care who you are all chicks can be monsters.

General CommentThis song is actually directly taken from Shakespeare in the play King Lear Act III scene 7. It is when one of the characters Gloucester has his eyes gouged out and was betrayed by his own son who he thought he could trust. So I think it is about someone thinking they can trust someone or something to only find out once they are hurt that they where betraying them. Wow im digging all this Shakespeare stuff it is cool how many movies and songs are related and based of off it cool. Check it out if any of yall get a chance.

General CommentTotally from King Lear. If you read this shakespeare-online.com/plays/… you will see. Very close adaptation, very cool idea for a song.

My favorite lyrics of all time. This has special meaning to me.

If I Live to see you again...I'll take out my eyes
To me this means, I hope out paths never cross again.
With this I have no way, and in consequence want no sight.
If I don't have a way to see you, I'll have no desire to.
I've tried my hardest to forget every connection
I'm doing my best to forget everything about you.
    Always being the blind Villain.
I never knew what I did wrong, or what I was doing wrong in your eyes.

I could give a rats ass about the rest of the song :) lol

General CommentYes the song is great. Chiodos are great. Being kissed on the hand is great. But. This site is for finding out the meaning of the song. Not talking about being kissed on the hand. That's what the message board on their website is for. So. Stick to the song meanings people. But I suppose I'd be a hyporcrite if I didn't give my contribution to the meaning so here it is:

In my opinion, this song is about a man who cheated on his woman, and now he hates himself for it and doesn't know what to do. This is shown by the "there is a cliff, with sky high peaks, make your way to the very brim of it" line. I may be wrong, but that's what I took from it.

AND Chiodos kick ass, this song kicks ass, and I'm proud to have such a good band come out of Michigan.
