Temblando
Con los ojos cerrados
El cielo esta nublado
Y a lo lejos tú

Hablando
De lo que te ha pasado
Intentando ordenar palabras
Para no hacerme
Tanto daño
Tanto daño y yo
Sigo temblando

De la mano
Y con mucho cuidado
Os besasteis en silencio
Donde no había luz

Y me hace gracia
Tu manera de contarlo
Como el que cuenta que ha pensado
Que ha decidido
Que seguimos siendo amigos
Y yo
Estoy temblando

Y llorando
Me había jurado
Que nunca iba a llorar
Escuchando
Cada palabra
Que no quiero escuchar
Desgarrándome, suplicándote
Intentando hacerte recordar
Pero tú
Solo dices
Voy a colgar

I love this song despite it is so sad...I love it because it expresses so fine a feeling. He is being left by his girlfriend by phone. We only know it is by phone at the end of the song, the 2 last lines say "but you (the girl) only say 'I am going to hang up' ". Very sad.

The song is called "Trembling". It is like if your phone rings and it is your couple and you, somehow, know what she/he is going to tell you and you begin trembling. But your couple doesn´t know that you are trembling...as he/she doesn´t know and will never know what the person left was thinking and feeling at that precise moment.

Well, I am going to try to translate but my English is not so good, sorry.

    Trembling

with my eyes closed the sky is cloudy, and from far you are talking about what has happened to you trying to put your words in order not to hurt me so much hurt me so much and I keep trembling.

Hand in hand and carefully you kissed each other where there was no light And it is funny the way you say it to me as someone who says that has thought, has decided that we keep being friends.

And I...keep trembling and crying. I had sworn myself I was not going to cry listening to every word that I don´t want to hear.

Tearing, begging you, trying to make you remember but you only say "I am going to hang up".

I am happy for David Summers (the singer) she was not good for him!

In "I had sworn myself I was not going to cry" it is clear that he knew this was going to happen. He tried to get ready.

And another thing that I would like to comment is that this line "someone who says that has thought, has decided that we keep being friends" this is so cruel...but it is typical.

Well, partners...my super first long post!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I really love "HOMBRES G" Super great spanish band from 80´s ,90´s.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

No Surprises
Radiohead
Same ideas expressed in Fitter, Happier are expressed in this song. We're told to strive for some sort of ideal life, which includes getting a good job, being kind to everyone, finding a partner, getting married, having a couple kids, living in a quiet neighborhood in a nice big house, etc. But in Fitter, Happier the narrator(?) realizes that it's incredibly robotic to live this life. People are being used by those in power "like a pig in a cage on antibiotics"--being pacified with things like new phones and cool gadgets and houses while being sucked dry. On No Surprises, the narrator is realizing how this life is killing him slowly. In the video, his helmet is slowly filling up with water, drowning him. But he's so complacent with it. This is a good summary of the song. This boring, "perfect" life foisted upon us by some higher powers (not spiritual, but political, economic, etc. politicians and businessmen, perhaps) is not the way to live. But there is seemingly no way out but death. He'd rather die peacefully right now than live in this cage. While our lives are often shielded, we're in our own protective bubbles, or protective helmets like the one Thom wears, if we look a little harder we can see all the corruption, lies, manipulation, etc. that is going on in the world, often run by huge yet nearly invisible organizations, corporations, and 'leaders'. It's a very hopeless song because it reflects real life.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
