Use your bed like a trampoline, I said…higher, higher
Just for love if you know what I mean, I said higher, higher
I'm what you desire, sire
I'm gonna take you higher, higher

Mm, use your car like a hot machine, I said higher, higher
Just for love if you know what I mean, I said higher, higher
I'm what you desire, sire
I'm gonna take you higher, higher

Higher, high, high
Higher, higher
Higher, high, high
Higher, higher

Higher, high, high
Higher
Higher
Higher

Higher
Higher
Higher
Higher

Higher
Higher
Higher
Higher

Higher
High, higher

this song...oh yeah its so fucking good. it has that dirty garage sound - and Pae sounds like Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs with her grunting. Don't you just love garage bands//

Perhaps pure fun, but I'm finding it's got some meanings of sex in it. For example:

"Use your bed like a trampoline I said – Higher! Higher!"

Perhaps she's taken a guy home and she's getting it on with him, and it's taking her higher like a trampoline.

"Use your car like a hot machine I said – Higher! Higher!"

Remember back in the 50s (i guess it still happens) when guys used to rev their engines to get the attention of girls. I think that's what's happening here.

    "I’m what you desire! ’Sire!"

I think it's pretty obvious what this line means.

When I first heard this song, I thought Karen O. had been reincarnated and her soul was still dishing out lusty lines full of innuendo. And then I thought no, Karen is still alive and kickin', so the singer obviously must have been drafted by KO herself and fashioned to be Karen: The Sequel. But apparently, in reality, the singer's name is Patience and she lives in the UK or something. All that really matters is my top-secret, hot fetish for trampolines is embodied in this song, and I can listen to it in my car while I turn the heater on full blast, thus making it a hot machine. And as a final notice, did anybody else notice you can't spell "trampoline" without "TRAMP"? HA.

    definately about sex...

even Triple J's Rosie Beaton said so.

She described it as a song about free love.
