There's 10,000 reasons to survive
But you only needed 1 to die
It's too late to change what you've become
I won't always be this always lonely

The way you lived your life
It mesmerizes me
Now won't you take some time
To cast out your regrets?
Why did you leave our lives?
It mesmerizes me
So you won't take the time
Cast out your regrets

(Deron Miller Solo)

I hear a creaking through the door
I see you seeping through the floor
It's not easy asking you to leave
'Cause you'll always be the only

The way you lived your life
It mesmerizes me
Now won't you take some time
To cast out your regrets?
Why did you leave our lives?
It mesmerizes me
So you won't take the time
Cast out your regrets

(Chad Ginsburg Solo)

The way you lived your life
It mesmerizes me
Now won't you take some time
To cast out your regrets?
Why did you leave our lives?
It mesmerizes me
So you won't take the time
Cast out your regrets

General CommentThis is one of my favorite tracks on this album (Awsome solo by Chad). Sounds like its talking about someone who commited suicide and wondering why they did it.

General CommentTotally agree with you man, one of the best tracks on an answer can be found, i think its either about suicide as you said... or it has to do with someone being all alive inside then oneday just giving up cause someone say ONE thing that just fucked him/her up and now he/she is dead inside cause of this one reason, and derrons saying why are u letting this get in the way, the way you lived your live was to the fullest dont let this one thing get to you. and it could possibly someone selling out for poularity and leaving someones life just for something greater... many meanings.. dont know it but one of my fav songs.

General CommentI think it's about a close friend/relative/lover that has done something really bad. and may be the person who's P.O.V is described in the song is so angry that they think of the person as dead because they just cant get over what they did.

I'm not sure, it's just what I think, it's probally wrong though.

I love this song, good guitar work. Chad is the reason I own an Ibanez!!!

General CommentCouldn't this have something to do with Deron Miller's appreciation of GG Allin's life? It's just a thought... let me know what you guys think.

    General CommentThis is from Deron:
This song is about a widower who just recently got married and his wife committed suicide. Recently after her death he believes that his wife is haunting him, trying to tell him something. "I hear a creaking through the door, i see you seeping through the floor" This is making the man a very uneasy person and he can't move on with his life. It breaks his heart to do it but he tells his wife's spirit to go away.He tells the ghost of her to leave him alone"Its not easy asking you to leave, cause you'll always be the only" I think that maybe the whole "now wont you take the time to cast out your regrets" part maybe the guy thought his wife was trying to tell him all the stuff she regrets doing (having an affair? maybe he found out? rough past?)
but yeah thats pretty much the meaning
