"About Her" as written by Malcolm Robert Andrew Mclaren, Rod ...
My man's
Got a heart
Like a rock
Cast in the sea

Well no one told me about her
The way she lies
Well no one told me about her
How many people cried

My man's
Got a heart
Like a rock
Cast in the sea

Well no one told me about her
The way she lies
Well no one told me about her
How many people cried

But it's too late to say you're sorry
How would I know?
Why should I care?
Please don't bother to find her
She's not there

My man's
Got a heart
Like a rock
Cast in the sea
Cast in the sea

Well no one told me about her
Well no one told me about her
How many people cried

But it's too late to say you're sorry
How would I know?
Why should I care?
Please don't bother trying to find her
She's not there
She's not there

General CommentI do not know, I'm afraid.

Anyway, the songs basically about a girl who screws people up by lying and hurting them, but wants to say she's sorry, but the singer's not letting her ("It's too late").

General CommentYeah, I think it's about a girl who's really screwed up, and hurt the person she loves. And 'she's not there' as in he doesn't love her anymore.

General CommentI believe the song is about a woman with a reputation of lying and hurting others.

The singer became involved with her without a warning from others, or perhaps he was warned, but is still blaming others for his' (or her's) mistakes. I get the sense that he's still hurting over her loss, knowing she'll never be back - she's moved onto the next.

    My favorite line:
"Well no one told me about her/How many people cried"

    Such a sad song, really.
