"Spirit" as written by Nino Keller and Joakim Frans Ahlund....
I, I need some young blood
Come Friday night
Bring on the big flood
Like September's coming on
Summer won't be back for long

Hey, let's start a big fire
Let's shake it up
Let's try to open brighter
There's no one here to catch our fall
No one here to hear us call

Tonight, this dirty September night
We're stuck out here
You're caught in the starlight
Running through these empty streets
You see this filthy you and me
Running through these empty streets
You see this filthy you and me

I, I know that the road's long
It lingers on
And Lord knows it's uphill
Seems like you're not getting anywhere
You give up just before you're there
Seems like you're not getting anywhere
You give up just before you're there

Hey, don't lose your spirit
Seen all along
But its there if you need
Seems like you're not getting anywhere
But don't give up you're almost there
Seems like you're not getting anywhere
But don't give up you're almost there

General CommentThis is my favorite song on the Paper Tigers album. I love the mood it gives off and I love the words. They're really inspirational. I could listen to this song over and over again and I would still love it like I did the first time I heard it. I love the whole album, too, but this song stands out in my book.

General CommentI don't think it's "you see this filthy you and me" but "this city's built for you and me"

Anyhow, great song - I love the Caesars!

General CommentI believe some of the lyrics are wrong. Nothing major, but anyway, here's my input:

    1. Instead of "...Like September..."-it should be "...Black September..."

    B. In stead of "...open Brighter..." it sounds like "...Burn Brighter..."

Omega: this one might not be completely correct, but instead of "seen all along, but its there if need" you needed" I hear "Feel all alone, but its there if you need it"

But yea, I guess the part of them being from Sweden (which I think is amazing) could help with misinterpretation
