"The Meaning Of Soul" as written by and Liam Gallagher....
I gotta show you 'bout the meaning of soul, I'm taking a love tonight.
Get outta my way, I did what you say, but that ain't enough alright.
I'm different bleach and an Armarni elite, I'm ten outta ten all night.
Get outta my way, I did what you say, but that ain't enough alright.

All rise, I see the love in your eyes.
If it's all right, then I'll be your light.

I gotta show you 'bout the meaning of soul, I'm taking a love tonight.

General CommentI love this song, it's basically Liam translated to a song. The "official" lyrics (from the album) are:

    THE MEANING OF SOUL
    i gotta show you, man
    the meaning of soul
    i'm taking on love tonight

get out of my way, yeah man
    i dig what you say
    but that ain't enough, alright

    i'm a different breed
    i'm outta your league
    i'm 10 out of 10, alright

get out of my way, yeah man
    i dig what you say
    but that ain't enough, alright

    all rise
i see the love in your eyes
    if it's allright
    then i'll be your light

General CommentCatchy and fun. At 1 minute, 42 seconds, it is the shortest song from Oasis yet. Since Alan White left, they've been experimenting with drums, and the sound of two wooden spoons hitting a box of Wheaties cereal never sounded so bloody good! Experimental - the 60's are still alive with Oasis. Great song!

General CommentDefinitely Elvis for me. This is the coolest anthem since "better man". I'm sure it's supposed to be a sex-appeal song by him. Easy girls...

General Commenti really like this song.

does it not sort of sound like a song that the beatles would do? especially the intro.

    god, i love oasis!

General CommentSounds like it was inspired by a late John Lennon song, like something he wrote while he was refinding himself. No insult, this is a good song, but it sounds like one of John Lennon's so-so tracks. But you know, actually, that's a compliment.
