"Spitting Out The Demons" as written by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett....
Spitting out the demons, demons
Hopping outta holes, good times
Spitting out the demons, demons
Coming in the good times, good times

Spitting out the demons, demons
Falling out of airplanes, good times
Spitting out the demons, demons
C'mon, it won't hurt [Incomprehensible], good times

c'mon, it won't hurt [Incomprehensible], good times
C'mon, it won't hurt [Incomprehensible], good times
C'mon, it won't hurt [Incomprehensible], good times
C'mon, it won't hurt [Incomprehensible], good times

Good times
Good times
Good times
...

    General CommentWAR.

Spitting out the demons = shooting out bullets.

    Fallin' outta airplanes (good times)
    Hoppin' outta holes (good times)
Obviously fits in with war theme.

Comin' in the good times (good times)
C'mon it won’t hurt (good times)
Refers to propoganda. War is glamourised as this big adventure where you serve your country.

General CommentI think this song ties in with Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head (e.g.- Jumping out of aeroplanes, hinding out in holes)

Also, if you go to the "Hellhole" room in kong studios (gorillaz.com), you'll notice the volcano (Monkey?) "spits" out skulls, and possibly demons.

General Commentthe beginning classical piece is light and kind of frilly, which I would refer that to the thoughts of a young person, or the ignorant bliss thinking of a young person. Then it turns into a darker sort of vibe, letting us know that this feeling is not all what it's cracked up to be. "spitting out the demons, hopping out of holes" tells us of their adventure trying to fight off peer pressure and all of the "glamorous" things society pushes on us. So, it would refer to war, drugs, or any other thing which is constantly being thrown at you when you are in that young ignorant blissful age.

    Just my thoughts
