This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.
Yo homey don't play that game
Hey mister asshole what's your dirty hassle
Sitting in your castle judging everyone
You're acting like it's chill when the deal's getting ill
Why don't you break your face on my head
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker
Total paranoia trying to annoy you
Everything i do is to try and fuck you up
Screwdrivers drillin' and I was such a spasm
Dropped yourself on the situation, dude
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker
Hey mister asshole what's your dirty hassle
Sitting in your castle judging everyone
You're acting like it's chill when the deal's getting ill
Why don't you break your face on my head
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker
Total paranoia trying to annoy you
Everything i do is to try and fuck you up
Screwdrivers drillin' and I was such a spasm
Dropped yourself on the situation, dude
Everyone's out to get you motherfucker

This song's meaning is obvious to me. It's about a jerk who Beck and everyone else hates, and wants to cause trouble. I doubt this person suffers from paranoia (I doubt Beck would be that insensitive), instead, I think Beck is trying to frighten this "Mutherfucker", so that he will go away and leave everyone alone. I absolutely love this song. MELLOW GOLD ROCKS!!!!
Never noticed the Homey D.clown reference !
Beck is great
If all the haters were really better than the troublemaker, then why wouldn't they just ask him to leave?

You cause trouble so I'm going to scare you? Doesn't make sense on either a strategic or personal (moral) level.

Sounds like his truckdrivin' neighbor downstairs (too sped up, but hey, him momma likes the stuff, too [check out her interview about her Factory days]).
